In order to access the content of the dealer portal you must have a user account. As the accounts are personal, any dealership may register multiple accounts for their staff. Follow the steps below to register an account.


Visit www.kwwarranty.com and click on “REGISTER” 

A registration form will open which you need to complete before you can submit it. 

Please note: All account registrations are subject to manual activation; you will not be able to login until your account has been activated and you have received an activation confirmation. 


The registration form includes the following fields: 

DEALERSHIP – Type in the name of the dealership (example: Car Dealership GmbH) 

ADRESS – street address 

CITY – followed by zip code

COUNTRY – Choose your country in the dropdown list 

NAME – Your full name 

EMAIL – Your email address 

PHONE – Your phone number including country code 


Once submitted, your registration will be manually reviewed and once approved you will receive an account confirmation by email. You will not be able to login to the dealer portal during the period you wait for the account to be approved. When approved you will receive a password creation link. Once a password has been set you may login to the warranty portal.
