This Warranty Manual is for internal use only. 

The intent use is for KW Auto dealers (from now on called “dealers”) to get an easier understanding of the extent and limitations of KW Part’s Warranty. If this document is not in conformity with the Warranty issued to the client, the actual Warranty & Service document takes precedence. 

If an outside entity finds itself in possession of, or privy to, this document, KW Auto, its subsidiaries, agents, owners, and employers, are not bound to, or liable for, provisions or statements in this document caused by typographical errors, outdated information from any other outside source, or any other provisions not in complete harmony with the actual Warranty and Service agreement. 

KW Warranty may update and issue new versions of this document. Updates and new issues will be communicated to the dealer network no less than 1 week prior publishing.
