Introduction to KW Warranty
Authorized dealers can perform Warranty repairs, send pre-approvals, and Warranty claims for reimbursement to KW Warranty. To perform the above tasks a dealer must register for an account at the KW Warranty dealer portal at www.kwWarranty.com (from now called “Warranty” or “KW Warranty”).
Activation of the vehicle warranty
The KW dealer is responsible for activating the warranty at the KW Warranty dealer portal after the vehicle’s first registration. After the activation of the vehicle, the VIN number will follow the vehicle through the complete warranty period. The registration document for the vehicle must be attached when activating the vehicle VIN number at the dealer portal.
Only vehicles sold and registered after 2021-01-01 can be registered for KW Warranty.
The following models sold by KW Auto are eligible for KW Warranty:
- RAM 1500
- Dodge Durango
- Dodge Charger
- Dodge Challenger
- Chrysler Pacifica
The following vehicles are excluded from KW Warranty:
- Towing and recovery vehicles
- Rental vehicles
- Taxi vehicles
- Delivery vehicles
- Ambulances or any other emergency vehicles
- Military vehicles
- Driving school vehicles
- All vehicles which are not registered in the EU & Switzerland/Norway/UK
