Warranty coverage
KW Warranty guarantees RAM and Dodge vehicles purchased with valid Warranty from KW Auto against manufacturing defects for the stipulated Warranty period from the date of delivery which is stated on the Guarantee certificate.
According to this Warranty, the dealer must repair items that cannot be used or do not work properly, due to manufacturing defects, by replacing them with original RAM / Dodge spare parts at no extra cost for the customer.
The Warranty covers manufacturing defects found in, but not limited to, main components or vehicle systems, such as:
- Engine electronics,
- Engine, Rear axle,
- Steering system,
- Braking system,
- ABS system,
- Electrical system,
- Fuel system,
- Transmission,
- Injection system,
- Turbocharger,
- Compressor,
- Powertrain,
- Exhaust system,
- Air conditioning,
- Airbag system,
- Passenger compartment electronics,
- 4-wheel drive, and
- Engine cooling system.
